Review
There are some people in this world that you are just naturally drawn to, and cannot seem to leave their side and out of your life, no matter how hard you try. They can simply see into your soul every time they look into your eyes, and it doesn't seem to scare you.

This is definitely the case with Eva and Gideon.

The previous novel, Reflected in You, left a big cliffhanger at the end of the novel and it left the reader with much uncertainty as to how their future together would be. For sure it would be forever changed, but very quickly into the novel, you learn the big reveal does not seem to put too much of a damper into their relationship. 

Even so, there is a big wedge between them that even the fire that fuels their hunger and thirst for each other cannot fix. Their intimacy surely reaches a new level as more outside things come in, wanting them to push each other away and ruin their beautiful connection together.

Sylvia Day has created yet another novel in this series that details a very real relationship that just seems to float off the page. The emotions and problems experienced between the two characters is easily relatable, and helps drive the novel forward, leaving a fire itself with how fast the pages will be turned. With the brilliance of this novel, you can’t help but forgive Sylvia Day as she decided not to end the series as a trilogy, and leaves you now hungry for the last two novels.
